Welding Workshop covers an area of 12,000m2, configured with three automatic welding lines for large car, dump truck and van vehicle. Oriented by the brand positioning and development strategy, the car body production line of large car is based on the industrial standards. The entire production line applies efficient, energy-saving, advanced, sophisticated and reliable process, including automatic plate chain conveying and transferring equipment, robot automatic welding and manual resistance spot welding, enabling the welding production line of commercial car to reach the advanced level of same industry domestically with certain perspectiveness.
Process Guarantee: By applying the solutions e .g. NC machining, three-coordinates measuring calibration, pneumatic clamping etc. to the welding fixture of car body, it is able to effectively control the welding deformation and dimensional precision for body in white.
Production Capacity Takt: The production takt is 60min/vehicle with a capacity of producing 3,000 vehicles annually.
Manufacturing Capacity: The welding fixture equipment can fulfill the collinear flexible production for body in white of fuel and new energy with the length is 5.9 meters to 8 meters, width is 2.08 meters and 2.24 meters.
